Memvalidasi solusi kepada early adopter menggunakan OMTM serta wawancara terstruktur

Cara Akses

  • Login ke aplikasi menggunakan username dan password yang sudah diberikan

  • Pilih inovasi yang ingin dikelola.

  • Masuk ke tab Design.

Approval Tahap 1 — OMTM & Hypothesis Lean Canvas

1) OMTM Agreement

Field yang diisi inovator:

  • OMTM Description (contoh: Solution Validated by Early Adopter).

  • Target (contoh: 10).

  • Start Date – End Date.

  • Proposed Budget (opsional)

  • Detail Budget (link)

  • Timeplan (link).

Link wajib menggunakan http:// atau https://.

2) Hypothesis Lean Canvas — Design

Section yang diisi inovator:

  • Solution

  • UVP

Section Problem, Customer Segment, Existing Alternative, Early Adopter terkunci (sudah tervalidasi di Define).

Alur & status

  • Setelah OMTM & Hypothesis Lean Canvas terisi, Innovator ubah status jadi Ready to Review dan menunggu approval dari Innovation Manager

Jika status Design sudah ready to review Innovation Manager dapat memberi Komentar/Approve.

Approval Tahap 2 — Final Approval (Design)

3) Prototype Versioning

Field:

  • Version

  • Link Prototype

  • Keterangan

  • checkbox Validated Prototype?

Jika Validated Prototype dichecklist → tidak bisa menambah versi baru.

4) Rekap Solution Interview

Fokus pada solusi/fitur (bukan problem)

Field:

  • Nama interviewee

  • Karakteristik early adopter

  • Tanggal

  • Top Solution/Feature (pilih dari Lean Canvas atau Free Text)

  • Rating (MUST HAVE / NICE TO HAVE / DON’T NEED)

  • Insight

  • Prototype Version (wajib dipilih)

  • Evidence (link audio/video http:// atau https://).

5) Kesimpulan Solution Interview (auto generate)

Aturan validasi:

Simulasi (mis. Target OMTM = 10)

6) Validated Lean Canvas — Design

  • Update Lean Canvas sesuai hasil Solution Interview.

  • Pada fase Design hanya Solution & UVP yang dapat diubah.

7) Industrial Landscape

Upload diagram posisi inovasi menggunakan framework Gartner Magic Quadrant & tuliskan deskripsinya.

8) Mentoring Progress (Innovation Manager)

  • Field: Tipe mentoring, Tanggal, Judul, Pembahasan, Follow up, Evidence (link).

  • Input by Innovation Manager

  • Inovator view-only.

9) Additional Attachment

Upload dokumen pendukung (MVP, repo, arsitektur, dsb.).

Final Approval

Innovation Manager dapat melakukan Final Approval di fase Design dan memberikan komentar ditiap section
